Meditation feels great, thanks for the tips and info Dr. Andrew, they are really of great help. Getting the grip of it and look forward for my 10 mins meditation every morning to get ready for the days work:)

Thanks a lot for Dr Andrew's MMS as I lost 10Kg between the 21 November 2013 till the 13 February 2014. This was a great achievement for me and now I have been encouraged to continue with this lifestyle. Thanks to Dr Andrew who was of a great support to me..........and encouraged me not to give up. Now I am healthier, slimmer and can enjoy life more....by eating a balanced diet and exercising more. Thanks a lot.....and I recommend MMS.

Well done to you both! You forgot to mention that your husband's fasting blood sugar went down from over 11mmol/l to under 4mmol/l !

I have been yo-yo dieting for most of my life and never really did any exercise. My husband and I decided to do something about this and so joined Dr Agius's programme. I am 67 years old and my husband is 69! Being on this programme meant that Dr Agius was monitoring our progress regularly and this kept us motivated. We learnt to regulate our portions and for the first time in our lives we started doing exercise. We go for brisk walks as often as we can and follow online work-outs. Both of us have lost weight, our cholesterol has gone down, and we feel much fitter. Thank you, Dr Agius, for your support.

I have never been on a diet as I didn't have to ,but lately weight was creeping in and I did not like it at all.I was at Dr Aguis clinic and saw the MMs advert in clinic.I decided to do something before I gained more weight.Talked to doctor about it and after he explained to me what it was about I joined the programm.So happy that I took this decision as I now am happy to say that I lost the unwanted kilos I gained lately 6.kilos.Changed my eating habits(yummy biscuits)to fruit and more salad.A little hard at the begining but now I dont even look at biscuits anymore.I do 45minutes brisk walk nearly everyday.I think this has helped me alot as I feel much fitter.I am enjoying my new wardrobe .Doctor told me that my cholesterol and heart rate went down and am much fitter.Thankyou dear doctor for all your help.Definately I will try to keep this healthy lifestyle

I too have been dieting most of my life on and off and wanted to try mms when dr agius told me about it, I must admit I joined up thinking it would be another period of starvation and boredom :) but I soon realized I was losing weight the healthy way and was not finding it too hard, the "michi's ladder" that dr agius gave me at the beginning of the process helped me a lot by showing me a variety of foods I could eat and the weigh ins were also important to me as they showed me how much fat percentage I had and made me determined to lower that percentage. I must say dr agius was always available to help by answering questions and encouraging me without being judgmental. I lost 13 kilos up to now and hope to keep on track with my healthier eating habits, looking forward to mms starting again.
