Evelyn Caruana says...I have been yo-yo dieting for most of my life and never really did any exercise. My husband and I decided to do something about this and so joined Dr Agius's programme. I am 67 years old and my husband is 69! Being on this programme meant that Dr Agius was monitoring our progress regularly and this kept us motivated. We learnt to regulate our portions and for the first time in our lives we started doing exercise. We go for brisk walks as often as we can and follow online work-outs. Both of us have lost weight, our cholesterol has gone down, and we feel much fitter. Thank you, Dr Agius, for your support.
